YoungCapital is a recruiting company that connects candidates with suitable companies.

As a Marketer (m/f/d), you are responsible for planning and implementing our marketing campaigns and supporting our team hands-on. In addition to marketing, you will also take on operational tasks within the company.


What you will do:


  • You will develop crosschannel campaigns (email marketing and social media) together with our founding team.
  • Creation of content for social media
  • You have direct contact with our customers
  • You analyze the performance of the accounts
  • Planning & support for PR topics
  • You work on crossmarketing projects such as entering new markets or launching new products
