    Description

    **DOG HAUS MOHEGAN LAKE** is seeking EXPERIENCED bartenders to help bring a crafty, modern, California cuisine and full bar experience to Mohegan Lake, NY. Dog Haus Mohegan Lake opened for business in December 2021 and were looking for a few more skilled bartenders to round out our team. The bar has 25 seats, 24 beers on tap, many from regional craft breweries, plus a full bar that also has Dog Haus curated cocktails. Compensation includes salary and tips.

    Dog Haus was founded in 2010 in Pasadena California and draws talent and inspiration from the LA foodie and mixology scene. Dog Haus bar program is headed by Phil Wills, who also made regular appearances on the hit TV show Bar Rescue. Dog Haus has also drawn in other celebrity mixology talent for certain promotions:

    Bartender Responsibilities Include:

    Preparing beverages for bar guests and dining room patrons

    Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks

    Assessing customers needs and preferences, then making recommendations to fit

    Plan and present bar menu

    Restock and organize all supplies, maintaining cleanliness to the highest standard

    Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

    Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including responsible alcohol service

    Support other parts of the restaurant, up to and including leading the front of house

    Requirements:

    A resume and proven working experience as a bartender

    Excellent existing product knowledge, able to learn our standards and procedures

    Fast paced and high quality drink production ability

    Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

    Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

    Punctual, efficient, and responsible

    Computer literacy
