Develop and execute protocols for equipment qualification. Implement innovative inspection and testing methods to enhance product precision. Design and evaluate quality process sampling systems and statistical techniques. Drive continuous improvement by monitoring operations and ensuring compliance with ISO and FDA standards. Collaborate cross-departmentally to identify and resolve quality issues. Act as a technical resource for quality requirements and process validation. Lead supplier correction actions to maintain product quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mathematics, or Business preferred. 0-3 years' experience in quality engineering. Strong understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. ASQ Quality Engineer Certification preferred. Proficiency in data analysis software and MS Office. Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills. Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
