Job Description

Support the Billing product team both Self funded and Fully insured in holistic Quality Engineering efforts for multiple mid to large-scale releases, for both convention and emerging methodologies.

Responsible for providing the design, development, maintenance and execution of test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts; focused on the health of software quality engineering and managing risk and issues.

Test plans include test strategies, timelines, estimates, demand, capacity, utilization plans and test environment planning. Understand / execute automation and performance testing options available to optimize the quality engineering effort.

Ensure adherence to processes and methodologies within projects and provide guidance to team members to ensure delivery commitments are met.
