Travel Required: 25%Leading the marketing & product management team to support revenue growth and realize our vision that Terex Utilities is BUILT.

DIFFERENT. Lead the marketing team to articulate the value proposition of our industry-leading equipment and team.

Terex Utilities marketing will be innovative, strategic, and more impactful as we propel the business to accelerated growth over the next 4-5 years.

We will be best in class at Communication & Response, Promotion & Positioning, Product Management and Product LeadershipMain Duties & Responsibilities Leading the Marketing & Product Management team to achieve our strategy.

Take next step to mature, develop and deliver our strategy by vertical market segment. Focus on these key elements of our current plan to achieve that objective.

Communication & ResponseLead the value proposition of BUILT.DIFFERENT such that team members are proud of Terex and customers cannot afford to not do business with TerexLead team to be a voice for the customer and realize our customer centric culture.

Promotion & PositioningTerex marketing will make it easy for our team members to tell a customer why Terex and our products are the best and demonstrate the value.

It sticks with customers and becomes their reality.
Customers attending our major trades shows walk away with impression they cannot afford to not do business with us. They put a calendar reminder to contact us when they get back to office.

Terex will be more visible and impactful as the leader and expert in industry media and both print and digital media.

Product ManagementLead product planning & vitality such that 20% revenue contributed to new products or enhancements.

Provide the most vibrant solution fits in the world and let customers know about it so they have ask themselves "Why wouldn't we buy it?"Effectively balance and continue to be industry pioneers of innovation and product niches that make a difference.

Our core product line will stay refreshed and not be considered old measured by our vitality index and feedback of our customers.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering or related areaA minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing and Product ManagementPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:International market and product developmentThe compensation for this position is $119,000- $145,000.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
