• The General Manager will oversee and scale daytoday and longterm operational activities
• Responsible for the company's financial growth plans including budgets, forecasting, and revenue models
• Set clear goals and direction, ensure timely KPI delivery, and manage them and the team to excellence
• Oversee a performance sales and marketing team, ensuring timely execution of customer acquisition marketing strategies, revenue growth, and brand awareness
• Support the founder in raising outside investments
• Build on and optimize the inventory and fulfillment processes
• Oversee the identification and management of key commercial partners
• Create a streamlined tech stack that is wellpositioned to facilitate online sales
• Identify, implement, and oversee a CRM
