Job Summary
CopyTex Business Solutions, LLC is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team. The position is full-time position, onsite 8-5. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office.

In this dynamic role, you will be the linchpin of our office and your initiative will be crucial to turning challenges into opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • Computer Data Entry
  • Work with Office manager on completing all data entry tasks in our QuickBooks and Service Management Software.


  • Organize internal resources

  • Build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.


  • Liaise with clients

  • Act as administrative liaison to CopyTex Business Solutions, LLC.
  • Communicate policies and procedures
  • Under the direction of office management, Alert employees of new processes, rules, and regulations.
  • Facilitate executivelevel operations submit expense reports and send communications for highlevel staff as needed.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma.
  • 12year experience as an administrativeaccounting assistant.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and timemanagement skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment and capable of multitasking.
  • Positive, highenergy attitude.
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, and problemsolving skill set.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (i.e., Computers, printers, fax machines, etc.).

Software:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic knowledge in QuickBooks.
