Shift Leader (m/f/d) Logistics

Meleghy Automotive is a partner and supplier for the international automotive industry. The focus is on the production of structural components and complete body assemblies. It offers comprehensive expertise in the field of sheet metal forming, joining technology, plastic technology and surface technology. The business unit is located in 3 countries with its production sites. It employs around employees throughout Europe.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Instructing and providing technical training for forklift drivers and order pickers
  • Managing shift employees (scheduling/leave planning | employee discussions)
  • Evaluating inventory data for the assigned shift and taking action in case of deviations
  • Responsibility for recording SAP data for their shift
  • Organizing necessary conversion, adjustment and repair measures
  • Coordinating the logistics department within and across shifts and supporting work preparation and scheduling
  • Maintaining and monitoring order and cleanliness in the logistics areas and adhering to quality and safety regulations in the work area
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of the logistics process

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed vocational training in logistics or comparable professional experience
  • Willingness to work in
