Description

Applicants must have or be able to obtain a CDL A with Hazmat/tanker/airbrakes after attending United Prairie's CDL training program and an operator's license within the first 3-6 month of employment.

All United Prairie employees are required to pass a preemployment drug screen and Background check, and be part of a random drug screening pool to fulfill FMCA requirements.

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot floater applicators, post machines and tender trucks.
• Perform maintenance on NH3 equipment to provide outstanding equipment to our customers.
• Assist in any facility maintenance and repairs that need to be performed.
• Assist in material handling such as unloading railcars of various fertilizers.
• Must be able to work cooperatively with other employees to make a cohesive team environment.
• Ability to perform tasks and duties assigned without constant supervision.
• Perform any other required tasks from the location manager or upper management.
