- Engage families in services and offer parent education and guidance to help clients achieve treatment goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments meeting medical necessity and diagnostic criteria.
- Create customized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes.
- Ensure timely documentation of progress notes and updates on treatment goals.
- Deliver individual and family therapy tailored to each client's needs.
- Master's in Social Work or related field with LPCA/LMFT certification.
- Kentucky license required; LCSW/LPCC/LMFT preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in behavioral health or education.
- Proficiency in evidence-based individual and family therapy.
- Medicaid/MCO billing capability or eligibility.
- Proven teamwork skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
