- Supervise and educate field teams on installing/modifying refrigerated fixtures, equipment, and operations.
- Analyze project drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals promptly.
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate subcontractor quotations, negotiate contracts, and issue purchase orders.
- Develop and implement project work plans, monitor resource availability, and adjust as needed.
- Assign responsibilities and resources effectively.
- Manage communication planning, risk assessment, and change management.
- Lead productive team and client meetings.
- Address issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with Project Managers during bidding and negotiation processes.
- Monitor job sites for production and quality assurance.
- Track daily work progress and generate status reports.
- Anticipate and resolve project challenges.
- Negotiate agreements, draft contracts, and obtain necessary permits.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Preference for PMP certification.
- Experience in supermarket refrigeration installation and renovation.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to create and modify Gantt schedules.
- Demonstrated capability to deliver projects on tight schedules.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Minimum 5 years of refrigeration construction experience.
- Essential Universal EPA certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows.
