    Overview

    The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the company's marketing efforts. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, and product strategy to ensure Spok fulfills its mission of strengthening the brand, generating, and qualifying leads, and supporting the sales organization. Responsibilities include managing marketing materials, assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, tracking team goals and performance, and providing logistical support for the team. Performance is measured based on the ability to complete projects on time, on budget, and collaboratively.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    >Support the Marketing team with the production of materials that help the sales team. and managing file availability and printing.

    >Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email template design, lead generation and lead scoring, and tracking of email performance using HubSpot and Salesforce.

    >Oversee promotional materials inventory, plan meetings, maintain databases, and prepare reports as assigned.

    >Responsible for supporting the logistics, preparation, and planning of the virtual annual customer conference.

    >Help organize and coordinate logistics for marketing events--such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches-including reservations, catering orders, internal team communications, budget tracking, and other duties as assigned.

    >Act as the communication center for multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely and consistent correspondence.

    >Help track department invoices and complete other basic tasks.

    >Work on ad hoc projects as required.

    Required Education, Skills, and Experience

    >Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

    >2+ years of experience in marketing communications

    >Strong writing, editing, organizational, and administrative skills

    >Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

    >Ability to effectively manage projects

    >Self-starter, independent thinker, and works well in teams in a remote setting

    >Ability to develop creative marketing ideas and campaigns

    >Ability to measure marketing effectiveness by analyzing results and suggesting improvements

    >Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

    >Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience (HubSpot preferred)

    >Familiarity with virtual event management tools (Cvent preferred)

    >Understanding of marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)

    >Design Suite proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)

    >Understanding of the healthcare industry (Definite plus)

    >Experience with enterprise software (Definite plus)

    >Experience with B2B marketing (Definite plus)
