Description
As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a Video Control Center Employee (m/f/d) for our renowned client in Magdeburg (city center)


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing inquiries from customers, technicians, and government agencies
  • Documenting remote configurations
  • Commissioning and connecting IP cameras
  • Eventdriven video remote monitoring of alarm objects
  • Handling incoming alarm and fault messages using alarm software Your profile:
  • Training as an NSL specialist or equivalent is desirable
  • Knowledge of video and network technology is advantageous
  • Good knowledge of English is desirable
  • Completed training
  • Willingness to work in shifts from 6 am to 2 pm / 2 pm to 10:45 pm / 9 pm to 6 am (24/7)
