Overview:

Seeking BIM specialist for our growing organization.

We provide information management services and 3D modelling services to high end architects, builders and interior designers in the Phoenix metro area.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize and grow existing libraries and assemblies.
• Model architecture work, Interior design work and consulting work in Revit
• Utilize Sketch Up, Enscape, TwinMotion for 3D Visualization
• Data reporting

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, Register360
• Experience architectural design, sheet development
• Experience in Scan to BIM technologies, point cloud
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills to interact with crossfunctional teams
• High integrity and quality character

This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge design tools and collaborate with award winning teams on large residential projects.

$50, $75,000.00 per year
