Our client is a successful, owner-managed, medium-sized company that is one of the leading providers in the field of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitation technology (HKLS) in Germany.

The company operates as a full-service provider in the areas of planning & consulting, installation, and maintenance of HKLS systems for large-scale projects (several million EUR).

The clients are primarily private companies (general contractors, planners). The company employs up to 200 employees (including project-related external workers) and generates a mid-double-digit million euro turnover. As part of a succession plan, we are looking for you as (Commercial) Managing Director (m/f/d) Sales and Finance.
