Job Summary:
This role is an integral member of the Development team.

The Corporate Giving Manager is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, fundraising professional who will be responsible for building and enhancing CASS' corporate donor relationships with a focus on creating and increasing sustainable contributed revenue for the organization through corporate giving and engagement, corporate volunteer groups and in-kind drives.

The Corporate Giving Manager will have primary responsibility for planning the CASS anniversary event as well as stewarding workplace matching gift opportunities to grow the number of low
- and mid-level workplace donors and increase the size of individual donations.

Essential Functions


Donor Stewardship

  • Work closely with the Development team to execute on CASS's corporate giving strategy, building and maintaining a strong and engaged current and prospective corporate partners.
  • Collaborate with the development team to achieve its long
- and short-term growth goals by building and implementing strategies for cultivating relationships corporate companies as well as other viable prospects in an effort to ensure maximum engagement of our donors.

  • Participate in all aspects of the annual corporate giving cycle including identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship and recognition in order to grow annual individual revenue. Ensure appropriate and timely stewardship of all companies engaged via workplace giving, corporate engagement and/or sponsorships.
  • Track corporate campaign progress and report to CASS leadership and Board of Directors (via monthly Dashboard and as requested)

Donor Communications

  • Lead the planning and implementation of corporate giving initiatives focused on corporate engagement, such as tax credit/year end, Giving Tuesday, AZ Gives Day, and Heat Relief campaigns
  • Document activities and communications with corporate and individual donors/prospects in donor database to ensure that all relevant information is recorded.
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on progress and outcomes achieved in relation to campaign and annual goals. Fine tune strategies and tactics on an ongoing basis to determine best ways to maximize support.
  • Assist Development Assistant as needed to ensure accurate recordkeeping of all gifts and pledges into Donor Perfect and the generation of timely donation acknowledgement letters.
  • Attend and participate in agencyrelated meetings, training and continuing education as appropriate.

Donor Outreach and Recruitment

  • Serve as primary contact for community and corporate engagement events, volunteer opportunism and speaking engagements
  • Share with community members and donors the story of CASS and our clients by conducting tours of CASS facilities and participating in events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment:


This job primarily operates in both a public and office indoor environment however, this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.


Requirements:


(required)
1. bachelor's degree in public relations, Nonprofit Management or related field;

  • Minimum three years of experience in donor communications and stewardship for a nonprofit;
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook calendaring, highly accurate data entry skills;
  • Reliable transportation and valid Arizona driver license, proof of insurance and a 39-month satisfactory driving record; must be willing and able to use personal vehicle for off-site events;
  • State of Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain one.

  • Experience with Donor Perfect database.
