Position:
Front Office Superstar

What You'll Do:

Greet our little patients and their families with a big, welcoming smile
Schedule appointments and manage our busy calendar like a pro
Handle phone calls with a friendly and helpful attitude
Assist with patient checkin and checkout procedures
Verify insurance and manage treatment planning with accuracy and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

A positive and energetic personality that can brighten up any room
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
Experience with insurance verification and treatment planning is
required:
A love for children and a passion for providing exceptional care
