We are currently seeking a new Receptionist (m/f/d) to join our team in 47877 Willich as soon as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT THE RECEPTION


Together with your colleagues, you will be the face and friendly first point of contact for our guests, employees, and suppliers at the reception.


YOUR PROFILE

  • You are a friendly and communicative person
  • You have experience in dealing with guests
  • You have good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage
  • You are proficient in Outlook and have basic knowledge of Word and Excel
  • You are a team player and able to handle stress
  • You have a valid driver's license (Class B)

YOUR TASKS

  • Preparation of conference rooms
  • Hospitality and care for our guests
  • Handling incoming phone calls
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Issuing and managing company uniforms
  • Issuing and managing company cars
  • General administrative tasks
  • Regular short trips with the company car (e.g. to the post office or supermarket)
