Description

PerkinElmer is seeking Global Treasury Operations Lead who will play a critical role in guiding and implementing treasury strategies aligned with the company's overall financial objectives.

This lead role oversees daily treasury operations, manages liquidity and investments, executes financial transactions, monitors and manages financial risks (FX and rates), and collaborates cross-functionally to optimize financial processes.

Partners with key stakeholders to help execute on the vision, strategy and standards by which the Treasury department provides leadership and value to the organization


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive treasury strategies to optimize cash flow, minimize financial risks, and maximize returns on investments.
  • Lead daily treasury operations, including liquidity management, debt management, investment decisions, and intercompany activities.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices in treasury operations including multilateral netting and cash pool structures via inhouse banking, and related reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop treasury policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, and satisfying all regulatory requirements, including maintaining documentation and internal controls.
  • Oversee bank account administration and reporting, including bank relationships, account structures, and banking portals.
  • Manage the company's insurance program and oversee bank guarantee/letter of credit arrangements.
  • Develop and manage foreign exchange, interest rate, and currency risks through hedging strategies and risk management techniques.
  • Enhance and maintain global cash flow forecasting processes to support shortterm and longterm financial planning.
  • Provide strategic insights and analysis to senior management on treasury matters, including financial performance, risk exposure, and investment opportunities.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment with crossfunctional teams, including Accounting, AP, Tax, and IT, to optimize treasury processes and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives to support strategic corporate finance goals, such as capital structure optimization, M&A transactions, enhancing liquidity management, intercompany netting/settlements, and treasury system implementations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury operations, financial management, or related roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and risk management principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in global cash management and multinational treasury operations.
  • Proven track record of strategic thinking, problemsolving, and decisionmaking.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationshipbuilding skills.
