Description

Primary Purpose:

Assisting in the operation of a rotational molding machine, producing plastic components conforming to customer and company specifications._

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare molds by cleaning them, adding inserts and other components.

Add the proper amount of material to each mold and utilize overhead cranes to

regularly lift and move heavy equipment.

Assist in loading and unloading molds.
Basic platform operation.
Maintain safe and clean working conditions.
Cutting filters/refill.
Filling material in staging buckets with correct mixtures to ensure quality.
Staging and preparing for production runs.
Trimming excess flash from products.
Foaming products.
Assembling products.
Promote Company Core Values.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

_

- Background in plastic manufacturing environment preferred but not required.

- 2+ years' experience recommended
:

Knowledge of manufacturing operation and quality processes preferred.
Mechanical aptitude required.
Ability to work safely, efficiently, and effectively at a rapid pace.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Ability to work with hand tools.
Ability to maintain a clean work area.
Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to read blueprints and process setup sheets.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Monitor safety and quality.

Able to walk or stand for longs periods of time.

Work Environment:

Will be working in a factory setting.
There will be exposure to extreme heat and extreme cold and loud noise.

Note:
The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

SOME WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED

Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
