The West Air Team Specialist will be responsible for shipment planning, organization and processing, which will include coordination between airlines and vendors to ensure that shipments are delivered smoothly and in a timely manner.

They will generate billing invoices, manage customer billing through the FNS system, and provide reports to the managers daily and weekly.

Responsibilities:


  • Plan, organize, and process air shipments for exportation to exceed our customers' expectations. This includes airline booking, arranging pickup and delivery.
  • Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies and other vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Generate billing invoice using FNS system and send AR invoices to customers.
  • Manage monthly AP invoices from the vendors to coordinate payments with accounting team before the due dates.
  • Report to Operation Part Manager daily/weekly basis.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to Multitask

  • Great communication
  • Korean/English bilingual is preferred
