a) Personnel Service

b) Personnel Management

c) Entry and Career (ZBB, training, personnel development, further education, health management, occupational safety, HRB)

d) Office management of the Department of Finance and Economy

Responsibility for fulfilling the tasks and quality goals defined as a service for the entire district office in departments a)d)
Responsibility for personnel planning, selection, deployment, support and development in departments a) to d)
Professional advice to political decisionmakers, management control, and department/SE/BL management on all personnel matters
Representation of the department to employee representatives
Development and implementation of strategic personnel needs and development concepts, including measures for recruiting and promoting young talent for all departments of the district office, taking into account districtspecific needs and requirements
Preparation and participation in district committees and events, as well as participation in districtwide
