    Description

    Job Description:


    This person will join our clients Digital's "Core Platform" & Integrations team to support the hands-on data transformations & integrations for the software platform that is utilized by the entire Enterprise for Benefit Enrollment.

    Huge opportunity here to join a fast-paced team focusing on both data and cloud transformation initiatives, supporting the strategic solutions that this large Insurance client offers


    Requirements:
    .

    • 5+ years professional ETL development experience with MS SSIS, SSRS, and SQL
    • Strong experience in an AWS cloud environment including AWS Glue for big data technologies
    • Experience with Power BI for data modeling
    • Experience in an Agile, Enterprise level environment working with Global teams
    • Strong communication skills w/ ability to work across SDLC teams (functional and technical) to understand business requirements
    • B.S. Degree required
    Nice to have:

    • Insurance industry experience
    • SSAS experience
    • GitHub experience
    Responsibilities
    :

    • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc
    • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS 'big data' technologies
    • Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics
    • Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
    • Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader
