Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and lead a team of production workers, including plant supervisors, operators, and quality control personnel.

Production Planning: Develop and execute production schedules, ensuring that targets are met on time and within budget.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest product quality standards are upheld.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency enhancements.

Resource Management: Manage resources efficiently, including raw materials, equipment, consumables and labor.

Health and Safety: Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

CNC Machine Maintenance

• Oversee all CNC machines, ensuring they are running smoothly

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control to minimize waste and maintain appropriate stock levels.

Cost Management: Monitor and control production costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction.

Supplier and Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of raw materials and components.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on production performance, quality control, and other relevant metrics.


Qualifications:

• Spanish-English Bilingual is a
  MUST.
• Proven experience in manufacturing management, preferably in metal fabrication.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
• Basic understanding of architectural drawings.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
