Organizational Assessment Consultant to join our growing firm and support our government clients, commercial clients, and corporate leadership.

Note:

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct organizational assessments to support senior government leadership and organizations as a whole
  • Conduct reviews of processes, work environments, and structures
  • Find ways to include humancentered design and employeecentric solutions in strategies agencies can use to recruit and develop employees
  • Work with clients to understand their workforce and recommend the changing skills their workers will need
  • Conduct workforce planning using analysis that considers disruptive technology and adaptive sourcing strategies
  • Interpret data to understand the business implications of the research
  • Write reports/briefings and present to clients in a way that is professional and influential
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically, and proactively about diverse business solutions
  • Work directly with senior government officials to present ideas related to the topics noted above
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with executive management, peers, employees, clients, other agencies, and the public

Basic Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience
  • Experience with completing organizational assessments
  • Superb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Google Suite, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Proven experience in facilitating presentations and/or working groups in a clientfacing environment.
  • Experience in making appropriate research recommendations for business improvements
  • Must be selfmotivated, detailoriented, and highly organized

Operating Status:

Most M2 positions are hybrid roles, which will require working both at clients' work locations and teleworking.


Physical Qualification(s) Required:


  • Work is performed in an office and telework environment
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
  • Responsible for adhering to all established safety standards
