Job Description

As part of your new role, your responsibilities will include:

Setting up, adapting, and using electrical measurement setups (probers, drivers, needle cards)
Conducting reliability measurements on high-voltage products at the wafer level
Providing advice to internal customers on physical and electrical fault analysis methods
Managing the order and customer throughout the entire process of fault analysis
Presenting and documenting the complete analysis sequence and its measurement results
Performing layout-based fault analysis and localization of faults, as well as developing fault hypotheses

You meet the requirements successfully if you:

Have completed a university degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field
Ideally have some professional experience, preferably in a laboratory for electrical analysis
Have a good understanding of physical devices and an affinity for measurement and programming
Can communicate effectively in both German and English
