    ~ AHC–American Health Communities is a network of 29 skilled nursing and rehab facilities. We treat patients recovering from illness, injury or surgery and provide daily care for long-term residents. Our parent company, American Health Partners, based in Tennessee, is a multifaceted company with operations in seven states.
    The Staffing Coordinator's primary responsibility includes scheduling and supervising staff to ensure the facility's staffing needs are met.

    The position is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of education programs for facility staff in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, and established policies and procedures of the facility.

    Create daily staffing reports, monitor employee performance; Teach 75-hour training program for mandated certified nursing aides training program
    Prepare reports and recommendations for the Administrator regarding the operation of the in-service department.
    Attend and participate in monthly and quarterly infection control, safety and quality assurance meetings.
    Participate in surveys made by authorized government agencies.
    make necessary corrections or document reasons for corrections not made.
    Complete additional medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
    Encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth and interest in patients' personal and health care needs.
    Successful completion of required training
    Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
    Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience in a hospital, long-term care facility or other health care institution
    LPN/RN license in state where facility is located
