Packaging Technology Specialist (m/f/d) - starting September 2024 in Dettingen an der Erms

An apprenticeship as a packaging technology specialist at KOLB and KNAUER offers a diverse, creative, and responsible training experience.

As a packaging technology specialist, you will find answers to questions such as:


  • How is corrugated cardboard created and ultimately turned into packaging?
  • What ecological and economic requirements must a modern packaging meet?
  • How customizable can packaging be?


You will learn the fundamental principles of packaging design and production technologies, providing you with a solid foundation for your future career.

In addition to gaining knowledge in the areas of metalworking, hydraulics, and pneumatics, you will also have the opportunity to work in production.

This practical experience will be complemented by theoretical training through two to three-week blocks at a vocational school in Lindau on Lake Constance.

As a packaging technology specialist, you will learn one of the most important professions at the KOLB Group.

After successfully completing your training, you will be a specialist in packaging and have a comprehensive understanding of corrugated cardboard production.
