***Effectively load trucks, picking and miscellaneous duties for Delco Foods.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Must be able to drive, use and maneuver pallet jacks, fork trucks, normal and extended reach, around warehouse in a safe manner.
- Must be forklift certified.
- After training period must be able to consistently select a minimum of 5000 pieces per week.
- Selector must be available to work a variable shift.
- Selector must have a phone and his own transportation.
- Selector must load trucks as instructed by night warehouse supervisor.
- Selector will be called on to do a variety of jobs other than picking and loading trucks. Miscellaneous jobs such as unloading trucks, filling piece shelf, taping up flour and clean up warehouse.
- Selector must properly install load locks when loading trucks.
- Care must be taken when loading trucks. Equipment and products can be damaged in this procedure.
- Up to 40 hours per week. Overtime must be approved by supervisor.
- Schedule
- Sunday through Thursday evenings selected Saturdays.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform other workrelated duties as assigned.
