- Manage the firm's legal calendar deadlines & case milestones
- Manage legal appointments, court appearances, & tasks
- Prioritize case workload
- Manage and triage client communications via phone and email
- Maintain client records in the firm's case management system
- Maintain physical & electronic client case files
- Prepare legal documents for meetings, depositions, & hearings
- Prepare discovery as well as responses for discovery demands
- Assist attorneys in legal research and cite-checking
- Performs factual investigation and analysis of case issues
- Keep clients updated on case status consistently and proactively
- Communicate with courts, couriers, and litigation support vendors
- Assist in all phases of case preparation, including discovery and trial
- Prepare trial binders; coordinate trial exhibits
- 5+ years of paralegal litigation experience, insurance bad faith experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365 and hands-on experience with office equipment (multi-line phone system, desktop computer, fax machines, scanner/printer)
- Well organized, efficient, and able to prioritize tasks accordingly
- Positive and solution-focused problem solver

- Strong written communication (consistent, detail-oriented, and professional)
