Tasks:

• Settlement of construction measures in road and asphalt construction in cooperation with the construction management

• Preparation of construction site measurements and quantity determinations

• Preparation of settlement proofs, compilation of settlement documents and creation of settlement plans for interim and final invoices

• Examination of subcontractor settlements

• Participation and cooperation in supplementary management

• Support of construction management and calculation

Profile:

• Successfully completed training/ further education as a construction technician (m/f/d) or a comparable technical training or degree as a construction engineer (m/f/d) with the appropriate specialization

• Industry knowledge and several years of professional experience desirable

• Independent, responsible and results-oriented way of working

• Teamwork, flexibility as well as high commitment and reliability

• Knowledge of VOB and general construction law
