    Location: Hybrid - Lanham, MD

    We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Program Manager to play a pivotal role in the success of an upcoming contract with our IRS customer. This is an opportunity to use your program management ability and technical knowledge to drive the efficient and effective delivery of complex projects.

    • Provides day-to-day to management of a 150+ person team of functional, performance, and integration teams consisting of managers, manual testers, automated testers, and analysts.
    • Lead and conduct senior clients and executive customer meetings.
    • Maintain teaming relationships and manage subcontractor performance.
    • Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of project deliverables, project commitments, including communications with clients and stakeholders.
    • Identifies project risks and issues and implements issue and risk mitigations strategies.
    • Manages performance management and career development for team members.
    • Accurately manages program financials including forecasting and actuals and program funding levels.
    • Collaborates in-person with current and prospective clients to identify program improvements, innovations, or opportunities for scope expansion.
    • Develops, maintains, and executes against agency account plan and develops strategies to pursue additional account workstreams. Proactively identifies opportunities for organic growth.
    • Develops strategies and action plans to address performance gaps and enhance ability to execute.
    • Contributes to broader corporate initiatives including proposal management and proposal writing.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 10+ years managing IT programs and 7+ delivering large government IV&V programs.
    • PMP certification required
    • CSM, and/or SAFe Agile certification(s) preferred.`
    • Ability to occasionally travel to Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; and/or Ogden, UT if required.

    Desired qualifications:

    • Familiarity with IBM Rational Tool Suite, including engineering test management.
    • Rational Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) expertise.
    • Awareness of Section 508 Compliance Testing, IV&V, performance, functional, and integration best practices.
    • Experience modernizing testing enterprises for government agencies.

    Education: Bachelor's degree in IT-related field required.

    Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
