- Ensure positive guest service in all areas; responds to complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring return guests.
- Schedule labor by anticipating business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed, and labor cost objectives are met.
- Ensure all financial and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policies.
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
- Interview, hire, train, develop, empower, coach, and provide an open line of communication with all staff.
- Create a fun, safe, and rewarding work environment for all team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 10-year criminal background check.
- Three plus (3+) years of increasingly responsible restaurant/food service management experience.
- Must hold active TABC Server Permit.
- Innate desire to provide the very best guest experience, every time.
- Servant leader attitude with a willingness to learn and grow and to, in turn, teach and train others.
- Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel).
- Salary range: $55k -63k, dependent upon experience and proven performance, PLUS potential for quarterly bonus

JOB DESCRIPTION: The right person will assist the team with running daily ops. You can expect to work 45-55 hours a week and share in the open, mid-shift, or closing responsibilities with other managers. Our places are jumping – we work hard – but we work together.
