- Create and execute personalized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to establish inclusive learning environments.
- Track and evaluate student progress, adapting teaching approaches as necessary.
- State certification in Special Education.
- Experience with diverse learning needs.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- 10-15 minute prescreening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 Minute virtual interview directly with the school district
- Offer typically extended within 24 hours post the virtual interview
