Care Plus TLC is searching for experienced, and coachable Home Health Aides and CNA's with a passion for serving others to join our team Care Plus TLC is a locally owned small business with a desire to give back to our communities in impactful ways.
Seeking energetic, detail-oriented home health aides who are committed to creating a positive experience for our patients. You will assist the physicians in providing care to patients by creating a friendly, caring environment. The successful candidates are self-motivated, compassionate and possess the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families. This position is located in Holland, MI working 8 hour shifts. Pay is $20.00/hr taking care of 1 patient in their home.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living.
Be familiar with procedures for emergency care and first aid.
Understand that a patient's condition may change at any time, requiring a change in their care plan.
Provide patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Care Plus TLC offers the following benefits to employees:
