Waterproofing and Roofing Company. Our team of architects, engineers, and contractors collaborate to develop optimized building solutions.
Our team is looking for Construction Workers with experience in or the willingness to learn how to construct Water Proofing Systems, Water Features, and Vapor Mitigation Systems.
We offer training to all our team members to ensure they are growing with us.Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions provided by Foremen/Superintendent.
- Lead Construction crew and provide instructions to complete projects.
- Maintain documentation for the safety of Crew
- Maintain documentation for progress reports and task reports to Project Managers.
- Prepare site conditions for waterproofing or roofing.
- Work with team members to get large projects done together.
- Maintaining a safe work environment.
- Carry Materials/Supplies from trucks to Jobsite.
Requirements:
2-years Waterproofing Experience (required).
Forklift certification, OSHA 10 or 30 (preferred)
High school or equivalent Education (preferred).
Ability to travel to different jobsites through out Los Angeles.
Valid Driver's License + CLEAN DRIVING RECORD (required)
Ability and willingness to drive Company truck (required)
Pass a drug and background screening.
Must be 18+ Years old. (required)
Must be Reliable and have excellent communication skills.
Able to lift 50+ lbs.
Maintain a positive attitude and work well with other team members.

Pay:
$ $55.00 per hour
