- Determine specific product needs and services by directly engaging with customers
- Recommend additional sales to enhance average transactions
- Offer price estimates for specific installations before scheduling appointments
- Keep customers updated on the progress of the work
- A minimum of one year of service experience preferred
- Previous experience with RV products or camping lifestyle
- Ability to work on a computer daily and conduct online searches as necessary
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to adhere to department procedures and policies
- Valid driver's license
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and/or moving up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Willingness to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for extended periods
