Description

Visi-Flash is a highway construction and rental company seeking a full time Experienced Traffic control technician / Highway Safety Tech.

Traffic control techs are responsible for setting up work zones using arrow & message boards, warning signs, traffic safety cones and drums.

Techs will need to communicate regularly with our customers' work crews and each other. Must be comfortable using hand/construction tools. Must be available to work nights weekends and overtime.


Knowledge/Skill Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Must be able to pass a DOT physical

Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screen

Must obtain OSHA 10 certification

Must obtain Massachusetts 1C Hydraulics (forklift) License

Must maintain a clean shop and working environment

Must be comfortable with physical work & have the ability to lift and move up to 50lbs regularly throughout work shift

Must have a good work ethic

Background check will be conducted

ATSSA certification a plus

Highway maintenance or construction skills are preferred

CDL is a plus but not required
