RN Hospice - inpatient, 3rd
shift, 32/40hr per week


Faith Hospice has a rare opportunity for an RN who feels the call to serving those patients at end of life and the opportunity to work as an essential part of an inpatient hospice care team who all share this very rare and special gift.

At Faith Hospice, we utilize highly skilled nurses, medical social workers, chaplains, home health aides and volunteers to serve our patients, from medical and emotional care to pain management and bereavement counseling.


What Will You Do?

As an RN on this inpatient hospice team:

  • Work a 3rd shift schedule, 4 nights one week and 5 nights the other week, including every other weekend
  • Week 1: Sun-TuesWed-Thurs
  • Week 2: Mon-TuesThurs-FriSat
  • Along with 1 other nurse and 1 hospice CNA, care for a maximum of 20 hospice patients at Trillium Woods, our gorgeous hospice residence as part of Faith Hospice

Education and Experience

  • RN licensure in Michigan
  • At least 2 years of med/surg, acute care, or skilled nursing experience
  • Hospice and/or hospital experience preferred
  • Passion for hospice nursing
