    Are you a new or seasoned agent looking for a great opportunity in the probate real estate sector? This niche provides stability that differs from the usual market fluctuations. You will be guided from the first contact to closing, with a seasoned top-selling probate broker assisting you throughout the process. Starting by making calls, you can progress to become a listing agent once fully trained. Our team offers coaching support, especially for those who are new to the field.     Compensation:

    $85,000 - $135,000 OTE

    Responsibilities:

    • Probate and Trust Lead Generation
    • Probate and Trust Follow-up
    • Participate in Team Meetings
    • Agent Duties
    • Team Training Sessions
    • Network with Attorneys and Fiduciaries
    • Retrieve Information from Courts
    • Facilitate Probate Real Estate Sales
    • Attend Probate and Trust Listing Appointments
    • Master Sales Scripts

    Qualifications:

    • Must hold a valid Real Estate License
    • Effective Communication Skills
    • Previous Sales Experience
