- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in M&A, institutional debt compliance, and ERP implementation is preferred.
- Previous experience in a private equity-backed company is highly desired.
- Develop annual and multi-year budgets, maintain updated forecasts, and ensure accurate cash flow reporting.
- Prepare and deliver financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Lead ad hoc analyses to support decision-making across various business functions.
- Partner with the technology team to implement and optimize automated data capture, warehousing, and presentation tools.
- Prepare quarterly Board of Director packages, monthly reporting packages, and lender reporting packages.
- Collaborate with executive leaders to identify growth opportunities and cost efficiencies.
- Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team, driving process improvements and best practices.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team and private equity sponsor to shape buy-side strategy and lead commercial and financial due diligence for add-on M&A.
- Manage all aspects of the M&A process, including valuation, deal structuring, and negotiations, while liaising with lenders as necessary.
- Conduct comprehensive business modeling and pro forma analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Role will be located at our HQ offices in Peachtree Corners GA 3+ days per week in the office required.
