- Lead and develop a team for testing, assembly, and disassembly of PEM electrolysis stack prototypes
- Coordinate and execute disassembly protocols for postmortem analysis
- Conduct mechanical tests on electrolysis stacks and components in collaboration with the specialist team
- Manage a laboratory for safe and compliant testing
- Conduct safety instructions and risk assessments for working with pressurized and live components
- Design and construct new test facilities for mechanical characterization of stacks and stackcomponents
- Communicate and share work results and expertise across sites
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Experience operating a test facility for determining mechanical properties
- Knowledge of pressure equipment
- Experience in sealing and plastics technology and/or plate heat exchangers
- Enjoyment in independently managing development projects within your area of
