Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team for testing, assembly, and disassembly of PEM electrolysis stack prototypes
  • Coordinate and execute disassembly protocols for postmortem analysis
  • Conduct mechanical tests on electrolysis stacks and components in collaboration with the specialist team
  • Manage a laboratory for safe and compliant testing
  • Conduct safety instructions and risk assessments for working with pressurized and live components
  • Design and construct new test facilities for mechanical characterization of stacks and stackcomponents
  • Communicate and share work results and expertise across sites
Your Qualifications

  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Experience operating a test facility for determining mechanical properties
  • Knowledge of pressure equipment
  • Experience in sealing and plastics technology and/or plate heat exchangers
  • Enjoyment in independently managing development projects within your area of
