The Essence of this Role


As the
Staff Product Designer at Affinidi, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative concepts and designing user experiences for our products.

Working with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, researchers, product managers, and marketers, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and functional digital experiences that meet customer needs.


In addition to design responsibilities, this role also involves providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the team and across the business.

You will be a key player in promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.


Key Responsibilities
Human-Centric Iteration

  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve design outcomes.
  • Provide creative and innovative recommendations that prioritize customer needs.
  • Ensure design elements align with the overall product ecosystem.
Continuous Learning and Development

  • Continuously improve personal design skills and leadership abilities.
  • Maintain design templates, libraries, documentation, and assets.
  • Develop and implement design processes that adapt to changing user and business needs.
