Hotel Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This role is all about supporting our sales teams in Frederick and Hagerstown. It's a great entry-level opportunity, and it's not a remote job.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies for longterm partnerships.
  • Understand client needs to deliver personalized service and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Manage group bookings, oversee block management, and provide personalized guest experiences and followup.
  • Maintain knowledge of sales processes, front office operations, and hotel systems (For example, FOSSE) to anticipate client needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team with leads and inquiries.

Event Coordination and Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare reports on sales performance, occupancy rates, and revenue to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to event planning, coordinate event bookings, and foster collaboration with other departments.

Requirements:


  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Prior experience in hotel sales, event planning, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail a must.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software, specifically FOSSE, and Microsoft Office programs including high proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Salesoriented mindset and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
