Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales & Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, key account management, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. 2.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability and achieve winwin outcomes. 3. Collaboration & Crossfunctional Teamwork:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Ensure successful product launches and customer onboarding through effective coordination with internal teams. 4.
Sales Presentations & Reporting:
- Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase Simublade's products
Networking & Industry Engagement:
- Represent Simublade at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and generate leads.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and decisionmaking.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or consulting roles, preferably in IT services or software development.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), mobile app development, and AI technologies.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong skills in lead generation, strategic planning, key account management, and negotiation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

From $50.00 per hour
