Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales & Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, key account management, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. 2.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability and achieve winwin outcomes. 3. Collaboration & Crossfunctional Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Ensure successful product launches and customer onboarding through effective coordination with internal teams. 4.

Sales Presentations & Reporting:

  • Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase Simublade's products
and services to prospective clients. - Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and market insights to management. - Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior leadership. 5.


Networking & Industry Engagement:

  • Represent Simublade at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and generate leads.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and decisionmaking.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or consulting roles, preferably in IT services or software development.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), mobile app development, and AI technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, strategic planning, key account management, and negotiation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
