    Job Title: Software Developer - AI Consulting Services Business

    Location: Irvine, California

    Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite

    Job Overview:

    • are seeking a highly skilled and creative software developer to join and build our AI consulting services business as a billable consultant.
    • ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a keen business acumen, and experience with AI tools and platforms from Microsoft, Google, and / or AWS.
    • a consultant, you will be responsible for establishing our AI consulting services business, building a profitable business, managing client relationships, and developing & implementing innovative AI solutions that address real-world business challenges.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Problem Identification & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business problems that can be addressed with AI solutions.
    • Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and solutions using Microsoft, Google, and / or AWS platforms.
    • Practice Development: Establish and grow the AI practice, defining best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for AI projects.
    • Expertise: Utilize a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science to create robust and scalable solutions.
    • & Implementation: Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems and processes to ensure seamless functionality.
    • Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to continuously enhance our solutions.
    • Mentoring Leadership: Build and peer mentor a team of developers, data scientists, and engineers in AI projects and initiatives.
    • & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • & Training: Document solution designs and provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • experience in software development, particularly in AI and machine learning projects.
    • expertise in using AI tools and platforms from Microsoft, Google, and / or AWS.
    • in leading or managing AI projects or teams, ideally from the ground up.
    • Skills:
    • in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
    • understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
    • with cloud computing and deploying applications on cloud platforms.
    • of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
    • Skills:
