We are a metal processing company (not automotive) located in Speyer, Saltillo, IN.

As a specialist in the production of forged parts, we are currently seeking a full-time Quality Assurance / Quality Management / QMB employee to join our Quality Control department.

Your Profile:

Completed technical education or degree
Several years of experience in quality management in a manufacturing company, preferably in the metal processing industry
Proficient in relevant norms and standards (ISO 9001, 14001, etc.)
Knowledge of quality management methods such as FMEA, EMPB, SPC, 8D, etc.
Good communication skills and ability to think across departments
Independent and structured work style with initiative
Conceptual, analytical, and organizational thinking
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
Excellent written and spoken German skills

Your Tasks:

Manage, maintain, and further develop our existing quality management system (ISO 9001)
Plan, prepare, and conduct internal and external audits
Create data analysis and statistics expand and monitor key performance
