Wildfether Distilling is a craft distillery on the Main Street in Haddonfield, NJ.

It is a dry town, but we have a production license to make our our spirits, syrups, bitters, liqueurs, and cocktails.

We make our own vodka, gin, and whiskey in house and have a 100+ seat cocktail lounge. We feature a seasonal cocktail menu every 3 months and make almost all of the classics. We do not sell food or beer so the focus is on putting out cocktails.

We are looking for a full-time bartender with at least 1 year experience in either high volume, fine dining, or craft cocktail bartending.

A full time schedule is 4 days a week. Its roughly 35-40 hours a week working Friday and Saturday + 2 days of Weds, Thurs, and Sunday. We prefer to set the same 4 day schedule every week so you can have some routine.

The pay is $10 an hour + tips. A full time, 4 day a week schedule will make roughly 70-75K a year between hourly and tips. We include 5 days paid vacation and are introducing a 401K with a match.

All staff are cross trained between bartending and serving and rotate through the stations throughout the week. An outgoing personality and hospitality mindset are required. We make everything in house and want to share that knowledge with our customers.

We are looking for someone with experience making craft cocktails.

We also are looking for someone who loves making and talking about cocktails that would love to do it as their full time job.
