Our client in Bonn is currently looking for an Application Support/Service Engineer (m/f/d).

#Project Role:
Telephone user support / 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting
Windows workstations with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Exchange
Citrix virtual desktops
Management and documentation of incidents using ticket system
Basic troubleshooting and resolution of core services:
Resolution of login issues
Microsoft print server, network drives (Novell Storage Services)
Support for Citrix Workspace environments
Network / VPN connections
User management in Active Directory
Setup of event technology (laptop/projector) in meeting rooms
Setup of video conferences using Cisco WebEx and Meeting Server
On-site hardware troubleshooting / hardware relocation
