Role Overview:
As a Superintendent with mechanical construction experience, you will play a pivotal role in managing our construction projects.

You'll be immersed in the field, overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding and motivating teams to deliver high-quality results.


Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee construction procedures, ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Review RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings for compliance.
• Perform mechanical takeoffs and ensure blueprint comprehension.
• Foster positive customer relations and address their needs effectively.
• Identify and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy construction, with a focus on mechanical systems.
• Strong leadership and management skills in field operations.
• Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
• Familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Foxit PDF, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
